Because I was a teacher, my background helps translate science into language that my clients can understand. I care deeply about writing exercise programming that works for my clients. My lifelong enthusiasm for exercise will motivate you. Let me help you build strength and vitality.

My functional training program will build muscular stability and strength that will help you navigate everyday activities with greater efficiency and less fatigue.

My Philosophy

Functional training builds strength, stability and mobility using multi-joint compound movements that mimic the ways we move in everyday life. Functional training creates a foundation that helps your entire body work together more efficiently. You will feel more capable and confident, able to carry heavy groceries, play with grandchildren, climb stairs, and move through the day with ease and energy.

It is never too late to get stronger, and functional strength is one of the most important investments you can make.
